【Description】

This product is a fixing agent for fibers dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes), such as wool, nylon (polyamide), silk, and leather goods. After treatment with this product, the washing fastness and perspiration fastness of the dyed fabrics are greatly improved.

【Product Features】

The product has good lifting power and can greatly improve the washing fastness, perspiration fastness, etc. of fabrics after fixing.
It has excellent acid resistance and does not require acid adjustment during use, which is beneficial for chemical material preparation operations.
The stock solution contains no bisphenol or phenol, is environmentally friendly, and meets various environmental protection requirements.

【Applications】

This product is suitable for the fixing treatment of fibers (including complex dyes) dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes), such as wool, nylon (polyamide), silk, and leather goods.

【Usage Method】

When using this product in the dipping process, it is recommended to rinse the fabric with alkali after fixing, neutralize it, and then take it out of the cylinder to prevent the formation of fixing spots.
Process and Dosage
- Dosage: 1~4% (o.w.f)
- Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15
- Temperature & Time: 85℃ for 20~30 minutes (customers can adjust the temperature and time according to laboratory sample testing results). The specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through sample testing as appropriate.

【Precautions】

A small sample test should be conducted in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test must be carried out in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
Packed in polyethylene plastic barrels with inner plastic bags, 125 kg per barrel.
